Engineering Program Manager II – Voice Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and create solutions and services that bring satisfaction to caregivers

• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and business partners

• Interact with caregivers and oversee the rollout of solutions/services

• Define the identity of the solution/service within the ecosystem

• Engage with and provide support to the caregiver community

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field of education and experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a contact center

• Background in a Healthcare setting
