Engineering Member – Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and manage the data and analytics systems for our __Model Factory__.

• Take ownership of the complete data lifecycle for experiment data, encompassing modeling, ingestion, retrieval, querying, analysis, and retention.

• Collaborate closely with researchers to comprehend their workflows and ensure that our efforts are informed by their data and analytics requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient programming skills in Go, Python, or other comparable languages.

• Demonstrated experience in building and managing distributed systems at scale, with a solid grasp of consistency models, queue/stream processing, and data pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and observability systems.

• Capability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional projects, fostering alignment and driving progress.

• Desirable: experience with OLAP databases, time-series databases, high cardinality datasets, and an understanding of ML research workflows.
