Engineering Manager – DGX Cloud Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of software and production engineers responsible for constructing and managing DGX Cloud infrastructure.

• Drive the implementation of cluster operations, Kubernetes functionality, automation, GitOps, observability, and incident response.

• Assist in defining team priorities, establishing a roadmap, managing staffing, and overseeing operational responsibilities.

• Collaborate with platform, workload, storage, networking, security, and TPM teams to enhance production readiness.

• Foster a positive on-call and incident review culture centered on learning, ownership, and sustainable solutions.

• Mentor engineers, develop technical leaders, and establish clear ownership in complex problem domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of overall industry experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing engineering teams.

• Proven experience in building or operating production infrastructure, cloud platforms, or Kubernetes environments.

• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, automation, observability, and incident response.

• Capability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.

• Excellent communication skills, strong prioritization abilities, and sound judgment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
