Engineering Manager – DevX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leadership and mentorship: You will lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for developing the tools, pipelines, and workflows that every Phantom engineer (and every AI agent) relies on.

• Technical guidance: You will provide insightful technical expertise on developer productivity while supporting your team and the wider engineering organization.

• Strategic planning: You will work alongside engineers and engineering leadership to transform our DevEx vision into a practical roadmap focused on enhancing developer productivity.

• Team development: You will collaborate with your team to cultivate a culture that elevates standards with each new hire.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of full-time experience in software engineering.

• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Nice-to-have: At least 1 year of experience with a blockchain-based product.
