Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Define and convey operational goals and work strategies at the team level.

• Guarantee the effective implementation of projects and the thoroughness of technical outputs.

• Synchronize team goals with departmental objectives to evaluate the effectiveness of operations.

• Formulate, adjust, and implement company policies and processes that have both immediate and broad company-wide implications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects and/or teams.

• Strong comprehension of the software development life cycle and project management methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, constructing, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems, including work with microservices architecture.

• Profound knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability, accompanied by hands-on experience in developing large-scale, distributed applications.

• Proficient in programming languages such as C#/Java/Scala and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
