⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in building and launching real products, preferably in B2B SaaS or Media technology.

• Strong full-stack experience within the TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystems.

• Experience with complex systems and a solid understanding of their end-to-end functionality.

• Ability to discern where details are crucial and where simplicity is key.

• Comfort in taking ownership of decisions and being accountable for the results.

• A tendency to take action, while still valuing thoughtful consideration.

• An understanding of user behavior that goes beyond implementation, enabling pragmatic decisions about what to build and why.

• A genuine interest in creating solutions that people find valuable.

• Experience in leading teams through periods of growth and enhancing their effectiveness as they expand.
