This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams, emphasizing well-being, psychological safety, and professional development.
• Serve as a driving force for the adoption of generative AI tools, assisting the team in enhancing delivery standards, automating repetitive tasks, and speeding up the development cycle.
• Strategically prioritize activities and resources to ensure the team concentrates on delivering genuine value to customers.
• Assume complete responsibility for the team's performance and outcomes, proactively addressing obstacles and collaborating with other departments.
• Cultivate an environment where team success takes precedence over individual ego, ensuring seamless integration with Product Managers, Designers, Marketing, and Information Security teams.
• Maintain high quality standards (Clean Code, Architecture, Observability) while encouraging the team to explore innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in direct people management within a technological setting for a minimum of 3 years, with a focus on talent development and fostering high-performance teams.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development (C#, React, or similar technology stacks).
• Exceptional ability to synthesize and communicate effectively, capable of transitioning between in-depth technical discussions and tactical conversations with business stakeholders.
• Dedication to personal technical advancement and management practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning within the team.
