This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Define, document, and enhance engineering and product operating frameworks
• Develop role-specific playbooks and guidelines across engineering divisions
• Standardize processes for planning, intake, prioritization, and execution
• Establish clear ownership structures and decision-making frameworks
• Convert processes into accessible, actionable enablement resources (playbooks, guides, workflows)
• Collaborate with Agile Coach and Engineering Leads to promote adoption across teams
• Ensure that new methodologies are comprehended, implemented, and continuously refined
• Identify adoption gaps and adjust processes based on practical usage
• Establish and oversee essential operational rhythms (planning cycles, KPI assessments, retrospectives)
• Synchronize Engineering and Product cycles for improved execution and transparency
• Introduce streamlined governance to maintain consistency without hindering team progress
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to synchronize priorities and execution strategies
• Clarify ambiguities in roles, responsibilities, and workflows
• Enhance clarity in workflows across teams and functions
• Identify execution bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies
• Refine processes based on team feedback and performance metrics
• Work closely with the Engineering Systems & Insights Lead to align processes with metrics
• Ensure processes adapt in accordance with organizational growth
• 6–10 years of experience in Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or related fields
• Proven track record in developing, scaling, and optimizing engineering processes and operating models
• Strong history of collaboration with Engineering and Product leadership
• Extensive experience in software development, especially within complex digital transformation settings
• Solid grasp of AI capabilities, products, and their practical business applications
• Strong systems thinking approach with excellent documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster adoption without formal authority
• Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to lead through influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with all organizational levels
• Strong facilitation abilities, guiding small to medium internal and external stakeholder groups toward achieving business goals
• Proficient in interview and discovery techniques, including:
• Conducting client and stakeholder discovery sessions
• Diagnosing business opportunities
• Eliciting requirements and supporting research initiatives
