This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute minor system upgrades for Contact Center solutions.
• Implement slight adjustments in call routing and prompts.
• Follow best practices established by Cisco, Amazon, Five9, and Presidio.
• Troubleshoot and perform administrative modifications to clients’ contact center environments as necessary.
• Stay informed about newly released versions of Cisco, Amazon, Five9, and third-party contact center products.
• Maintain existing certifications and pursue new contact center certifications as they become available.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably BS/BA in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Contact Center operations.
• Capability to evaluate a problem and identify an effective course of action.
• Familiarity with project management and resource tracking methodologies.
• Understanding of software and/or hardware testing and implementation processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively as a team member.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong listening and presentation abilities.
