
Engineer, Managed Services – Contact Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist customers of the Contact Center.
• Engage in application development, troubleshooting, modifications, scripting, patching, and providing technical support to customers.
• Travel expectations: primarily remote work with 5% travel required for associates.
• Follow best practices established by Cisco, Amazon, Five9, and Presidio.
• Diagnose issues and implement administrative changes in customer contact center environments as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a work or military setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Contact Center environment.
• Capability to evaluate a problem and identify an effective solution.
• Familiarity with project management and resource tracking methodologies.
• Understanding of software and/or hardware, along with testing and implementation processes.
• Ability to contribute effectively as a team member and provide value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
