This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Expertise: Highly skilled in various technologies within the Software Engineering field, with particular proficiency in specific tools.
• Systems: Consistently scoping, estimating, designing, and delivering medium to large-scale features while minimizing technical debt across projects or products.
• Team Support: Actively assists fellow team members and aids in their success.
• Process Adherence: Complies with team processes to ensure a steady delivery of features to production.
• Test-Driven Development: Utilize test-driven development practices to create backend systems and user interfaces that facilitate development and integration.
• API Development: Play a role in creating APIs, specifications, and data models that support integration with frontend applications and external systems.
• Data Interaction: Design, implement, and manage data interactions, optimizing data operations for performance and scalability while ensuring data integrity and security.
• User Interface Development: Create user interfaces based on UX designs that address customer requirements.
• Automated Testing: Comprehend and contribute to both functional and non-functional automated testing suites.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience with Python / Apache Spark is essential.
• Strong grasp of data modeling, ETL processes, orchestration, and distributed computing.
• Thorough understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant experience in analytic programming, data extraction, querying databases/data warehouses, and data analysis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
