This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Exchange Online services, including mailboxes, groups, rules, and policies.

• Implement and uphold email authentication and security protocols using Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection.

• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot intricate issues related to Exchange Online and its dependencies throughout the entire mail flow.

• Monitor and enhance the performance and availability of Exchange Online services.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

• Manage identity and access within the Microsoft Cloud, including secure Hybrid environments (sign-on security, MFA, device sign-on methods, Azure Seamless SSO, application registration).

• Establish and enforce identity and access management policies (compliance and conditional access policies, device compliance policy, conditional access policy, PIM, RBAC, user risk, and sign-in risk policy).

• Possess knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JSON, SPML, SCIM, and XACML integration standards.

• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure the security of identity management solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related challenges.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate Exchange Online and identity management solutions with other IT systems.

• Provide expert-level support and training for end-users and IT personnel.

• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in Exchange Online and identity management.

• Lead and participate in IT projects concerning email and identity management.

• Document processes and maintain comprehensive records of system configurations and modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in managing Exchange Online, Azure, and identity management solutions, including Intune, Teams, and the M365 technology stack.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and other identity management technologies.

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid environments.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
