Engine Health Analyst – Aircraft Engines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will be responsible for a combination of client technical support alongside engine performance analysis and system validation.

• We seek aviation enthusiasts who possess a comprehensive understanding of turbomachinery operations and a passion for assisting customers in optimizing their engine maintenance through maintenance recommendations derived from the analysis of gas path performance data.

• The most successful candidates are those who are enthusiastic about investigating unusual performance trends and shifts to uncover their underlying causes.

• They adopt a concierge approach to customer service, demonstrating an accelerated comprehension of business data, database management, and validation of system functionality.

• As an EHM Analyst, you will have the opportunity to leverage your extensive aviation knowledge in a new and innovative way.

• You will analyze gas path performance data to detect early signs of engine deterioration and suggest maintenance in line with OEM-approved instructions to ensure continued airworthiness.

• You will provide technical support to customers and other departments regarding engine performance.

• You will recommend system enhancements and validate new features.

• You will assist in the development of new products and services.

• You will keep a record of customer interactions.

• You will maintain knowledge of relevant OEM and engine model maintenance program requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field in aviation maintenance (A&P/AMT License) is required.

• A minimum of two years of related aircraft maintenance experience is preferred.

• Experience in related aircraft maintenance or manufacturing is also acceptable.

• Strong customer service experience is essential.

• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large datasets is required.

• Excellent computer skills are necessary.

• Some travel may be necessary.
