Engenheiro IAM – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather technical and business requirements from stakeholders.

• Assess and implement native connectors or develop custom integrations.

• Configure and manage identity sources (systems/sources).

• Set up processes for identity aggregation and correlation.

• Conduct functional testing, validations, and controlled go-live processes.

• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.

• Develop and customize workflows on IAM platforms.

• Implement identity lifecycle flows (Joiner, Mover, and Leaver – JML).

• Configure multi-level and risk-based approvals.

• Automate provisioning and deprovisioning access processes.

• Integrate IAM solutions with external APIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with IAM and related tools (e.g., SailPoint, Entra ID, Okta, PingIdentity, etc.).

• Background in integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, SCIM, etc.).

• Experience in identity, role, and access modeling.

• Knowledge of JML processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).

• Experience with automated provisioning and deprovisioning.

• Understanding of information security and compliance.

• Non-mandatory differentiators:

• Experience with Zero Trust architecture.

• Familiarity with directories (Active Directory, LDAP).

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or scripting for automation.

• Experience in large-scale IAM projects.

• IAM or security certifications.

• Experience implementing identities for AI Agents, bots, and service accounts, including authentication and integration with applications and APIs.

• Application of Least Privilege, Just-in-Time (JIT), and modern authentication (OAuth2/OIDC) for machine identities.

• Automated provisioning, rotation of secrets/tokens, and secure deactivation of agent identities.
