Engenheiro de Software em Teste Sênior – Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Testing Engineer (QA), you will play a crucial role in advancing the quality culture within the Billing vertical of Brazil's largest SaaS platform.

• Your challenge will be to ensure end-to-end reliability of the experience, from the consistency of business rules and financial calculations in the backend to the quality of the user experience in the frontend.

• You will work closely with engineering squads, contributing to the definition of testing strategies, automation, and best practices that enable the maintenance of high quality and delivery speed.

• Additionally, you will have an important role in influencing the team to adopt a continuous quality culture, supporting technical decisions and promoting practices that reduce risks and increase product reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior QA, SET, or similar roles, with a strong focus on testing strategies and automation in complex environments;

• Experience with End-to-End and interface testing automation using frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright;

• Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and Gherkin to translate business scenarios into clear and executable tests;

• Experience with accessibility testing (A11y), visual regression, and validation of experiences aligned with Design Systems;

• Understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, contract, and E2E), with the ability to influence engineering teams in adopting these practices.
