Engenheiro de Software Backend

📋 Description

• As a junior engineer, you will play a crucial role in the architecture and scalability of the backend infrastructure that supports our health platform.

• This is an opportunity to build systems from the ground up — designing APIs, structuring data models, and optimizing performance to support a rapidly growing company.

• You will closely collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to develop new features, ensuring that our systems are scalable and reliable.

• From backend service architecture to analyzing and resolving performance bottlenecks, you will have autonomy over the entire product lifecycle — influencing everything from design to implementation.

• This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems in dynamic environments, working with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing their work make a real impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or advanced English;

• Strong understanding of the business context and the ability to connect technical solutions to real problems, generating impact for the company and its users;

• Solid foundation in technical areas such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics;

• Familiarity with data structures, CI/CD, software development lifecycle, backend frameworks, and other technical tools;

• Proven proficiency in Python and Django;

• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Java will be considered a plus.
