This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI/Flask);

• Build and enhance AI pipelines: integrating with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), embeddings, vector search, and agent orchestration;

• Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions with vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector);

• Engage in cloud-native deployments (Azure/GCP) using containers (Docker) and orchestration;

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver end-to-end features, occasionally contributing to the frontend (React/Next.js or Streamlit) as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development using Python;

• Proficiency in REST API design (and ideally gRPC or GraphQL), authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and application security;

• Experience with distributed architectures, messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus), and asynchronous processing;

• Background in integrating LLM APIs into production (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar);

• Version control with Git and workflows in agile teams;

• Cloud experience in at least one of the platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) at an intermediate/advanced level;

• Familiarity with AI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen;

• Experience constructing end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking).
