This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform data ingestion in **batch processes** for the **Data Warehouse in a cloud environment (AWS);**
• Develop, maintain, and enhance **data pipelines (ETL/ELT)**, ensuring validation, automation, and reliability of information;
• Engage in the **support and monitoring of pipelines**, employing best practices in **DataOps/DevOps**, ensuring availability and performance;
• Structure and optimize data layers in **Data Lake and Data Warehouse**, ensuring organization, scalability, and governance;
• Implement and monitor **data quality controls (Data Quality)**, identifying and correcting inconsistencies;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and resolve data-related issues;
• Be proactive in the **analysis of existing processes**, presenting proposals for continuous improvements, pipeline optimization, and technical solutions aligned with identified challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields;
• Advanced experience in programming (Python, Scala, or Java);
• Experience with distributed projects;
• Knowledge of Cloud architectures;
• Experience with SQL for data analysis;
• Experience with predictive models (regressions, classifications, etc.);
• Experience with programming languages (we use Python and R here) and their respective libraries (PySpark, R, SQL, SAS, etc.);
• Intermediate English proficiency.
