This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical definition and development of the Data Lake strategy, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture;

• Design and structure data layers (Raw, Trusted, Refined) and processing flows based on ETL and ELT standards;

• Establish guidelines for the architecture to support the growing volume and complexity of the company;

• Develop and automate complex data pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery for predictive models and advanced analytics;

• Continuously optimize the performance of data flows, reducing latency and operational processing costs;

• Implement tools and practices that enable the scalability of data modeling aimed at strategic decision-making;

• Manage the data acquisition lifecycle, from ingestion to availability for stakeholders;

• Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data by establishing monitoring and validation processes;

• Serve as a bridge between technology and business areas, ensuring that data solutions align with the company’s strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology.

• Strong experience in pipelines and Big Data (Python/Java/Scala);

• Experience in team leadership and agile methodologies;

• Advanced English proficiency;

• Autonomous, analytical, communicative, and results-oriented profile.
