This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Monitor and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and automated routines in a production environment;

• Engage in incident resolution (including during nighttime), ensuring quick identification, mitigation, and automation of responses;

• Analyze logs, metrics, and events for root cause investigation, applying advanced analytical techniques and, when feasible, predictive models;

• Develop and enhance automation mechanisms for failure correction, reprocessing, and pipeline recovery;

• Implement continuous improvements in pipelines with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and reliability;

• Support Machine Learning and AI initiatives, including data preparation, model monitoring, and inference pipeline maintenance;

• Document technical procedures, incidents, and automated playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in support, technical assistance, or incident response (SRE/DataOps experience is a plus);

• Knowledge of process automation (scripting, orchestration, CI/CD);

• Proficiency in Python and SQL;

• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts, data pipelines for models, or MLOps;

• Ability to work autonomously, with analytical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
