This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of quality strategy within your team, taking into account all aspects of the solution, from requirements definition to code development.

• Design and execute test scenarios based on business requirements in the form of user stories, along with test management and knowledge of the tools used.

• Create automated tests for Web services and UI (API, web, and mobile).

• Engage in the entire product development process, from conception to production deployment and maintenance.

• Participate in the collaborative design of products.

• Take part in Quality Chapters and Communities of Practice, promoting and encouraging the spread of a quality culture among colleagues and teams within our operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Development of testing strategies at various levels (Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance) through both manual and automated tests.

• Creation and execution of automated tests (for Services/API, web interfaces, mobile) with execution in pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab).

• Testing in mobile applications (both physical and virtual devices) and in financial applications.

• Implementation of process improvements, techniques, and tools for the team and operation to enhance quality.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration within teams, particularly in Agile Testing.

• Validation of non-functional requirements.

• Validation of deployments in the production environment.

• Knowledge of the Java programming language.

• Experience with frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit.

• Familiarity with frameworks like Rest Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and BrowserStack.

• Understanding of software development practices and standards.
