This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Executes the activity plans of the Thrivent Member Network (TMN) and Engagement Team.
• Develops work plans and action items aligned with project objectives, including post-event follow-up.
• Facilitates the implementation of virtual, hybrid, and in-person engagement activities such as workshops, events, and webinars.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and teams within Membership and the Thrivent enterprise to ensure effective communication with clients and potential clients.
• Completes all necessary activity reporting and analysis for engagement initiatives, providing reports to leadership, team members, and TMN boards to illustrate the impact of regional engagement activities and to guide future strategies and tactics.
• Coordinates logistics for quarterly TMN board meetings and maintains communication with TMN board members regarding these meetings.
• Arranges accommodations, meals, speakers, and other necessities for quarterly TMN board meetings.
• Takes minutes during board meetings, submits them to the Governance Team at Thrivent for review, and uploads them to Board Effect.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of experience using social media platforms to achieve results.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing data for business purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to utilize the necessary technical tools, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, social media platforms, and Digital Client Engagement and Insights Platforms.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as well as travel for events.
• Must have an appropriate home office setup for remote work, including reliable high-speed internet to fulfill job responsibilities.
