Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Member Outreach & Relationship Development: Implement phone-based engagement strategies to enhance member retention by fostering trust through consistent and empathetic communication.

• Strategic Implementation: Execute customized engagement plans aimed at boosting member participation in health plan benefits and wellness programs.

• Insight and Feedback Collection: Proactively listen to members to uncover pain points, gather feedback on services, and identify opportunities for enhancing our provider network and care delivery.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure that engagement strategies align with the company’s overarching goals.

• Concern Resolution: Act as a professional initial point of contact to address member inquiries, concerns, or complex issues promptly and empathetically.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native English fluency is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent are mandatory.

• Relationship Building Skills: A natural talent for establishing rapport quickly over the phone and navigating sensitive discussions with composure and professionalism.

• Open to All Backgrounds: Previous experience in the medical or healthcare sector is not necessary. We prioritize your communication abilities and capacity to connect with individuals; industry training will be provided.

• Problem-Solving Attitude: Capability to think quickly and resolve member issues while embodying a positive "can-do" mindset.

• Organizational Abilities: Competence in managing outreach schedules and accurately documenting member interactions in a CRM or database.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
