Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take initiative and act as the Client's advocate throughout engagements.

• Assist in the discovery process and facilitate requirements gathering workshops.

• Support process mapping and reengineering efforts, as well as the design of future state processes.

• Provide guidance to clients on standard functionalities and industry-leading practices for software.

• Oversee scope and requirements management while ensuring compliance with budget and allocation at all times.

• Offer insights during Configuration Workshops and Offline Configuration Activities.

• Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT) activities.

• Lead comprehensive NetSuite implementation projects through all phases: Planning, Designing, Building, Verifying, Deploying, and Supporting.

• Contribute to efforts aimed at attracting new clients to the firm and assist in scoping new projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Over 6 years of practical experience in NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration, with at least 8 full life cycle implementations.

• NetSuite certifications are highly preferred, including ERP Consultant and Administrator.

• Strong foundation in finance/accounting, supply chain management, consulting services, and/or industry-specific experience.

• Proficient in designing end-to-end solutions using SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk).

• Extensive knowledge of data migration planning and procedures, along with hands-on experience in executing Go-Live cutover data loads.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment and comfortable leading onsite workshops and conferences.
