Engagement Manager, Market Access Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading and managing all facets of project work streams

• Offering clear guidance to project teams

• Overseeing project plans to ensure all client deliverables are met

• Conducting primary research with stakeholders including payers, key opinion leaders, and physicians

• Analyzing insights and formulating recommendations based on primary and secondary research

• Crafting relevant pricing and market access strategies

• Cultivating client relationships

• Participating in and facilitating client meetings

• Assisting in managing client expectations

• Guaranteeing that work products contain accurate data with proper citations

• Gaining expertise in specific domains and showcasing it by leading the development of products, pitches, intellectual property, etc.

• Contributing to practice development in areas such as mentoring and training

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record

• 3-5 years of consulting or relevant business analytics/strategy experience within the healthcare sector (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics industry)

• Familiarity with global pricing and market access, developed through experience in healthcare consulting or the pharmaceutical industry

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
