Engagement Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implement top-tier B2C sales strategies for medical devices utilizing advanced sales techniques.

• Oversee the Cochlear territory in the Greater San Diego Area, California.

• Motivate and guide mentoring volunteers.

• Keep precise records of all sales efforts and customer engagements.

• Organize and facilitate educational events for candidates, evaluation days, and awareness initiatives concerning Cochlear devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Proven ability to operate independently with little oversight.

• Capacity to lift at least 30 lbs.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Openness and capability to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays and weekends.
