Engagement Manager – Contract to Perm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and overseeing daily interactions.

• Developing and sustaining project timelines that include milestones and tasks.

• Delivering weekly updates and project status reports to customers.

• Overseeing budgets, project scope, and change requests, which encompasses estimates and change orders.

• Facilitating business strategy workshops and generating phased roadmaps tailored to client needs.

• Assisting in sprint grooming, requirements gathering, and the creation of user stories.

• Aiding Solution Consultants with requirement documentation, process flows, and configuration specifications.

• Engaging in discovery sessions to grasp client objectives and system requirements.

• Collaborating with Solution Architects and Consultants to devise solutions that fulfill client specifications.

• Leading or aiding in end-user training and adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of practical implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, Clarity PPM, Planview, or Smartsheet, within a SaaS or consulting setting.

• Demonstrated project management experience, ideally at the enterprise level.

• Proficient in process analysis, design, and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft products.

• Capability to learn and master new technologies with a technical and analytical approach.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented and customer-centric with a consultative mindset.

• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage several projects concurrently.

• Bonus points if you possess:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.

• Microsoft Certified Professional credential.

• Experience with tools such as Visio, MS Project, and relational databases.

• Background in business process redesign or consulting.

• Experience in systems implementation, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
