This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee daily engagement delivery, addressing any issues that arise and managing communications with clients and the Solution Executive.
• Align clients’ expectations with communications, typically alongside the Solution Executive.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of Tasks and Deliverables.
• Guarantee the quality and timely delivery of all outputs.
• Prepare completion estimates and monitor/resolve any budget discrepancies.
• Provide status updates on all active engagements.
• Manage the scope and financial aspects of engagements, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and on target for deliverables.
• Monitor engagements to ensure adherence to scope and contract requirements.
• Oversee the quality of Delivery and notify the client, Solution Executive, and Account Management and Recruiting teams if issues emerge.
• Identify new Client Managers and opportunities within accounts you currently oversee.
• Foster new business opportunities with both new and existing accounts.
• Estimate and define the scope of new project opportunities to support Oxford sales professionals.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for new engagements.
• Assist existing Oxford sales team members in positioning, proposing, selling, and closing new service business.
• Build and sustain relationships at the client manager level.
• Manage specific focus areas to bolster the business foundation in support of Oxford’s sales teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems; MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of consulting experience.
• More than 5 years of industry-specific experience in the designated focus area.
• Experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level with a Big 5 consulting firm (or similar).
• Proven expertise in managing, prioritizing, solving complex issues, and engaging in a consultative sales role.
• Capability to lead and mentor IT Staffing Sales Directors and Local Account Managers.
• Experience as a Performance Manager handling at least two (2) professionals simultaneously.
• Successfully led engagement teams consisting of at least five (5) professionals per engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products, particularly advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Project Management principles, methodologies, and alternative delivery methods, including Agile.
• Experience onboarding and off-boarding associates/consultants with clients.
• Background in project/program portfolio management utilizing tracking and collaboration tools such as Clarity, HP PPM, PlanView, SharePoint, OWB, MS Project, Jira, TFS, etc.
• Strong focus on customer relationship management.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency to fulfill client needs.
• Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and work the necessary hours as required.
