This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee customer engagement for Endeavor's financing platform throughout live practices—from initial go-live to ongoing post-launch optimization.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success) to create project plans, outline milestones, assign responsibilities, and ensure alignment on timelines and goals—reflecting the duties typically associated with implementation manager roles.
• Act as the reliable point of contact for dental practices: gather business requirements, tailor workflows, train practice personnel, and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process enhancements, share best practices, and expedite time-to-value for practices.
• Track go-live performance and gather feedback—providing insights that contribute to product improvements.
• Keep stakeholders engaged and informed through regular status updates, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• 3-5+ years of experience in an engagement, sales, account management, or client onboarding role—ideally within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under strict deadlines.
• Capable of translating technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical audiences; familiarity with CRM, onboarding tools, or health-tech platforms is a significant advantage.
• Enthusiastic about addressing real-world challenges, committed to client success, and dedicated to delivering outstanding onboarding experiences.
• Naturally collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly establish rapport and foster consensus.
