Engagement Manager, AI Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for various enterprise customer projects.

• Collaborate with C-level executives of customers to develop AI strategies.

• Oversee multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination for large-scale projects.

• Spot retention opportunities and areas for further engagement.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise application implementation (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) or reputable strategy consulting.

• Proven track record in relationship management with executive-level collaboration.

• Expertise in project management with effective methods for managing budgets and timelines.

• Knowledgeable in software implementations, including configuration and change management.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
