This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners throughout AI implementation projects, ensuring effective communication, alignment of expectations, and organized execution.
• Assist clients in converting business needs into AI deployment strategies by utilizing QVAC capabilities (local inference, delegated compute, privacy-preserving architectures).
• Collaborate with the Expansion team to shape AI-related opportunities by offering insights on feasibility, integration complexity, and delivery strategies.
• Identify potential avenues to broaden implementations across various use cases, regions, or Tether technologies.
• Oversee the complete coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff to production deployment.
• Outline implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Ensure that client expectations align with actual product capabilities to prevent scope drift or misrepresentation.
• Monitor progress across multiple simultaneous AI deployments, guaranteeing timely delivery and readiness for production environments.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap advancements.
• Facilitate the integration of client systems with QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams as necessary, especially in sensitive AI deployments that involve data locality or privacy considerations.
• Maintain organized communication channels among all stakeholders involved in the implementation lifecycle.
• Create and uphold governance frameworks encompassing implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.
• Generate executive-level updates that summarize progress, risks, challenges, and upcoming steps.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of implementation architectures, deployment patterns, and key learnings for reuse in future projects.
• Assist in escalation management and ensure prompt resolution of technical or operational challenges.
• Over 5 years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles within AI, data infrastructure, or intricate technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional implementations that involve multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, external partners).
• Strong capability to operate at the intersection of technical and business fields.
• Familiarity with AI/ML deployment concepts, such as model inference, edge/local AI, and distributed compute architectures.
• Knowledge of APIs, SDK integrations, and system architecture patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside enterprise or government entities.
• Methodical approach to project tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in rapidly evolving, early-stage environments.
