Engagement Lead – Enterprise Data Warehouse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the client relationship at the delivery level and steer engagements towards achieving business outcomes.

• Convert client leadership requirements into prioritized, clearly defined scopes for the delivery teams.

• Establish reporting use cases in collaboration with client stakeholders and determine the decisions each report must facilitate.

• Prioritize over 13 dashboards and associated data remediation efforts based on business value.

• Develop clear and testable business requirements.

• Ensure that each dashboard has a designated owner, a defined purpose, a descriptive title, and a consistent layout.

• Oversee end-to-end quality and promptly identify any broken reports.

• Interact directly with the CIO and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate daily with Snowflake remediation and Power BI delivery teams regarding scope and standards.

• Advocate for and enforce information security practices.

• Identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks.

• Guarantee compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.

• Implement data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading enterprise data warehouse projects from start to finish, preferably utilizing Snowflake with Power BI as the reporting layer.

• Strong skills in requirements and use-case analysis.

• Experience engaging with senior clients at the CIO, CFO, or COO level.

• Ability to make and justify prioritization decisions under pressure.

• Strong instincts regarding data quality, including the ability to identify UTM, integration, and pipeline issues.

• Knowledge of information security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security.

• Capability to identify, assess, and report on security risks that impact confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Understanding of data storage, processing, and transmission, as well as compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related data protection standards.

• Ability to incorporate data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle.
