Engagement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Connect with healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through outbound calls to convey approved program and service-related information on behalf of the client.

• Meet or surpass program KPIs and performance goals.

• Establish rapport and nurture positive customer relationships through professional and high-quality interactions.

• Record and submit daily call activities and essential customer information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Address customer inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.

• Foster a collaborative and professional team atmosphere through effective communication and partnership with colleagues.

• Engage in team, department, and client-sponsored training sessions and educational initiatives.

• Adhere to Inizio Engage’s values in every interaction and activity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• College degree or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Energetic, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to collaborate with both internal and external business stakeholders.

• Proficient in prioritizing and planning coverage of assigned target lists.

• Exhibits professionalism, autonomy, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-centric approach.

• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both orally and in writing, when interacting with healthcare professionals in Quebec.
