This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, effectively balancing the priorities of business outcomes, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence.
• Actively reach out and conduct virtual meetings with customers to ensure a smooth transition from the sales team, fostering strong relationships with Elation clients.
• Cultivate and sustain positive business relationships with the Sales organization across all levels to promote sales growth.
• Proactively assess customer needs, challenges, and expectations while identifying opportunities for internal process enhancements.
• Take ownership of all project results and assign tasks to team members, establishing targets for milestones and meeting deadlines.
• Analyze data and reports to uncover trends within your customer segment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams when necessary to address issues for onboarding customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing success role
• Project management experience is essential
• Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-focused with strong presentation capabilities
• Strong enthusiasm for building relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor during their onboarding journey
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey professionalism
• Process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage a large customer base and engage with your portfolio by implementing strategic technology solutions
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS is advantageous; a genuine interest in healthcare is required.
