This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Offer technical support to non-lighting trade allies, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Establish and nurture relationships with manufacturers and distributors focused on energy efficiency.
• Facilitate on-site training sessions for energy efficiency technologies.
• Attract new contractors and distributors to engage in the program.
• Contribute to training and program planning initiatives.
• Create sales and marketing strategies for designated regions.
• Keep precise project tracking records.
• In-depth experience with non-lighting energy efficiency technology applications.
• Experience in field sales is advantageous.
• Prior experience collaborating with manufacturers and/or distributors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and organized.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Previous sales experience with utilities or energy conservation is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
