Energy Area Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Take on a leadership position that enables you to influence one of the most vibrant and rapidly evolving markets.

• Supervise the financial and operational effectiveness of your assigned area.

• Manage profit and loss while creating and executing annual business strategies.

• Facilitate profitable project delivery and spearhead risk management and growth initiatives.

• Lead the execution and implementation of strategies along with operational performance.

• Foster connections among practice leaders, local group leaders, and CSMs.

• Create and implement strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and objectives.

• Collaborate with local and national teammates to ensure optimal resource allocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires at least 15 years of professional experience.

• Proven experience in executive leadership, including the development and guidance of other leaders.

• A strong record of successfully managing within a matrixed or enterprise business structure.

• Previous experience in overseeing an operational area with a solid understanding of business principles and financial management.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, business management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
