Energy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators by creating and managing dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

• Conduct data analysis with Excel and other reporting tools to evaluate team performance and peer review processes.

• Aid in the creation, updating, and maintenance of process documentation and manuals, ensuring they remain accurate and consistent.

• Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, and help develop training materials.

• Provide comprehensive support across projects, including quality assurance, documentation, and low-complexity project tasks (e.g., tune-ups, lighting reviews).

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with operational standards.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and aiding in enhancement efforts.

• Entry-level candidates with strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency or a willingness to learn Power BI and Smartsheet (expertise is not required).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization techniques.

• A proven interest in process improvement, documentation, and analytics.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks, adjust to changing priorities, and maintain a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
