Energy Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized, ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors through phone and email to facilitate project conversion and ensure contract compliance.

• Address inquiries from customers and contractors, providing insights on program requirements.

• Conduct rebate processing, perform calculations, manage data entry, and review QA/QC documentation.

• Precisely document customer and contractor interactions for program tracking and reporting purposes.

• Occasionally travel for team events or program-related needs.

• Independently handle a consistent, high volume of customer interactions in a remote environment.

• Communicate via both phone and email while effectively balancing and prioritizing interactions throughout the day.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–1 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in customer service or high-volume communication, such as call center operations, is highly valued.

• Proficient in navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office.

• General proficiency with technology.

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• A genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or assisting customers.

• No specific degree or major is required.

• Detail-oriented approach to resolving rebate and calculation issues.

• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and adhere to federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship or support.
