This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer procedural assistance to newcomers to ensure safety and effective advancement through their learning trajectories.
• Assist with training initiatives, including in-service sessions, training laboratories, participation in first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Establish yourself as a clinical authority in the pulmonary oncology field.
• Collaborate with ESRs to work with senior hospital personnel and key physicians in creating and implementing a strategy for the efficient integration of Ion® at new customer locations, ensuring ongoing commitment to and usage of the system.
• Enable essential user and procedural data collection to establish effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work in partnership with local daVinci sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently manage administrative responsibilities, SFDC management, submission of expense reports, and more.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, leadership, or clinical roles is required.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is an advantage.
