This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and ensure effective progress through their learning journey.
• Assist in training initiatives, including in-services, training labs, participating in first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Establish expertise in the pulmonary oncology field.
• Collaborate with ESRs to work alongside senior hospital personnel and key physicians to devise and implement a strategy for successfully integrating Ion® at new customer locations, ensuring sustained commitment to and utilization of the system.
• Enable critical user and procedural data collection to develop effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work in partnership with daVinci local sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management, submission of expense reports, and more.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of sales experience required.
• Demonstrated record of success and leadership.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to perform well in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy field is advantageous.
