Endocrinology Physician Reviewer – Radiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Physician match reviewer for Imaging cases.

• Engage in discussions regarding determinations through peer-to-peer phone calls with requesting physicians.

• Apply medical and clinical review guidelines and parameters effectively.

• Provide assistance and serve as a resource for Initial Clinical Reviewers.

• Ensure thorough documentation of all communications with medical office personnel.

• May collaborate with the Senior Medical Director on research activities and inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO/MBBS degree required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the practice of Medicine following residency completion.

• Preference for candidates with active clinical practice within the last 2 years.

• Must possess a current, unrestricted clinical license in the home state.

• Active Board Certification from an accredited organization is necessary.

• Strong skills in clinical practice, management, communication, and organization.

• Must be energetic, curious, and passionate about quality and value in healthcare.

• Proficiency in computer usage is essential.

• Should not be currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program.

• No significant disciplinary or legal actions on record with a state medical board.
