This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass sales targets within a designated territory by creating, implementing, and executing a comprehensive territory business plan that includes key customer focus areas.

• Exhibit expertise in scientific and clinical aspects related to Encaleret.

• Employ a customer-focused strategy to engage clients in relevant clinical discussions using approved materials.

• Analyze sales and targeting data effectively to uncover opportunities for growth or identify potential issues within the territory.

• Take charge of territory business planning and the execution of important company initiatives.

• Uphold company standards by demonstrating honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability while carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Foster compliant collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other essential cross-functional team members to craft strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Construct and execute a dynamic territory business plan by evaluating the ADH1 market within the territory to stimulate business development. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Anticipate potential business obstacles, adapt priorities as necessary, demonstrate flexibility, and devise solutions to overcome challenges.

• Maintain a superior level of proficiency in sales techniques, clinical knowledge, market awareness, and the business landscape of the territory.

• Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to ensure that corporate goals and initiatives are met.

• Strategically plan and organize schedules to maximize efficiency and effectively achieve goals and objectives.

• Serve as an ambassador for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image and representing the company, its products, and its people with integrity and respect.

• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, compliance, and pharmaceutical guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with at least 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required; experience with rare diseases is highly preferred.

• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in product/indication launches: Proven record of successfully introducing new products and/or new indications in highly competitive and/or new markets.

• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize and execute plans effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of maintaining a high level of accountability.

• Ability to influence others without formal authority, both internally and externally.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.

• Willingness to travel extensively across large geographies.
