This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within a designated territory by creating, implementing, and executing a comprehensive territory business strategy that focuses on key customer segments.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of scientific and clinical aspects related to Encaleret.
• Adopt a customer-focused approach and engage clients in clinically pertinent conversations using approved resources.
• Analyze sales and targeting data effectively to uncover growth opportunities or identify areas that may require attention in their territory.
• Take charge of territory business planning and the execution of essential company initiatives.
• Uphold company standards by demonstrating honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, while performing all responsibilities in compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Foster compliant collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other key cross-functional teams to develop strategies aimed at achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market in their area to drive business. Build, nurture, and sustain professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical staff, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Foresee potential business obstacles, adjust priorities accordingly, demonstrate adaptability, and formulate solutions to tackle these challenges.
• Maintain an exceptional level of proficiency in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market understanding, and the overall business landscape of the territory.
• Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and strategies.
• Strategically organize and plan schedules to maximize time efficiency in reaching goals and objectives.
• Represent BridgeBio as an ambassador, presenting a professional image and upholding the company, its products, and its personnel with integrity and respect.
• Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with at least 4 years specifically in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology. Experience in rare diseases is highly desirable.
• A BS/BA is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in product/indication launches: Proven success in introducing new products and/or new indications in competitive or emerging markets.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute plans effectively.
• Proven leadership qualities with a history of maintaining high accountability standards.
• Capability to influence others without formal authority, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in utilizing remote technology and AI to engage with clients and analyze business opportunities.
