End-Point Protection Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain enterprise-level endpoint protection strategies across Windows, macOS, iOS, workstations, and server platforms.

• Establish, enforce, and continuously enhance endpoint security baselines utilizing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Intune.

• Oversee the endpoint patching strategy and its execution within managed endpoint environments.

• Monitor vulnerability findings, evaluate risk and severity, and coordinate remediation efforts with technical teams and system owners.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and reporting workflows to ensure endpoint compliance.

• Collaborate with federal stakeholders, ISS teams, and partner vendors to validate the endpoint security posture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise endpoint security engineering within large, regulated environments.

• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing security baselines for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Intune.

• Practical experience in vulnerability management, endpoint patching strategies, supersedence processes, and POA&M resolution.

• Proven ability to document SOPs/runbooks and provide compliance-oriented reporting to federal stakeholders.

• Capability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance (or higher if required).
