Enablement Content Developer – Multimedia, AI Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, record, and edit technical product walkthroughs, screencasts, and explainer videos.

• Serve as the vital execution component for our essential instructional materials.

• Thoroughly test all visual assets for user experience (UX) and branding alignment prior to publication.

• Keep up with our fast-paced product release schedule by promptly updating Synthesia scripts and managing a well-organized library of raw media and project source files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of practical experience in multimedia production, instructional media, or a related execution-oriented role.

• Strong skills in multimedia editing, with expertise in screencasting and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro) as well as basic graphic design (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).

• Familiarity with AI video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Descript) to enhance content production.

• Proficiency in rapid authoring tools, particularly the Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline).

• A discerning eye for visual design, typography, and layout, supported by a portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and engaging digital content.

• Cloud Infrastructure: At least 3 years of direct experience in deploying and maintaining AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.

• Kubernetes & Virtualization: Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and virtualized environments.

• Security & Monitoring: Practical knowledge of managing hybrid-cloud identity, security protocols, and monitoring/logging pipelines.
