Enablement Content Developer – Interactive, Simulations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct and develop interactive e-learning modules utilizing authoring tools such as the Articulate 360 suite (Rise and Storyline).

• Set up and oversee AI-driven roleplay and pitch practice environments with Yoodli.

• Transform architectural blueprints from the Technical Enablement Programs team into practical applications.

• Provide the Technical Enablement Delivery & Operations team with top-notch materials.

• Organize and develop technical learning paths and assets within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Conduct thorough testing of all learning assets for functionality, user experience (UX), and SCORM compliance prior to publishing.

• Ensure smooth integration, tracking, and rendering within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Implement UI/UX updates in interactive modules while maintaining a well-organized library of project source files.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in e-learning development, instructional media, or a similar execution-oriented role.

• Extensive knowledge of rapid authoring tools, particularly the Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline).

• Familiarity with enablement platforms and AI roleplay tools (notably Yoodli) or a strong technical aptitude for quick learning.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Over 3 years of practical experience in deploying and maintaining AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.

• Kubernetes & Virtualization: Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and virtual environments.

• Security & Monitoring: Practical experience in managing hybrid-cloud identity, security protocols, and monitoring/logging pipelines.

• Experience with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity product content is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing e-learning outputs is a plus.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Skilljar and Intellum, and digital credential management (e.g., Credly, Accredible) is advantageous.

• Experience using Gemini Pro as an enablement development tool, along with Gemini Gems for development pipeline automation and learner engagement activities is beneficial.
