Employment & Compliance Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main legal advisor for the People Team regarding all facets of employment law.

• Deliver proactive guidance on compliance with employment law.

• Assist with internal investigations, policy creation, and employment documentation.

• Provide extensive legal support throughout the organization, including in regulatory investigations and litigation assistance.

• Simplify intricate legal requirements into actionable advice for business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of legal experience.

• Extensive experience in employment law counseling.

• At least one previous in-house legal position.

• Background in a law firm.

• Experience with high-growth technology companies.

• Proven proficiency with AI tools.
