This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the onboarding journey of new groups from application to successful enrollment.
• Collaborate with clients during their annual benefits renewal and address any coverage or carrier modifications.
• Employ phone, text, and email to deliver proactive onboarding assistance and resolve issues for clients.
• Work alongside internal team members in revenue operations and support to guarantee a seamless, high-satisfaction experience for clients.
• Maintain comprehensive notes and records in Salesforce regarding client accounts and communications.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• Possession of a Life and Health Insurance license or the capability to obtain one within three months of employment.
• A positive and optimistic demeanor with strong customer empathy and focus.
• Highly efficient with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Capable of managing a high volume of work across various channels and tasks.
• Prior experience with Salesforce is an advantage!
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A strong desire to assist businesses in maximizing their healthcare solutions.
