This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure an exceptional and consistent implementation experience while maintaining project quality across multiple concurrent projects.

• Convert business requirements into detailed deliverables that meet high-quality standards for the project.

• Act as the primary technical lead for customers with low to moderate complexity, overseeing progress on implementations relative to set objectives.

• Function as a supervisor and mentor to colleagues, enhancing their skills as they advance into roles with greater responsibility and technical know-how.

• Maintain close communication with EBTech teams and customer representatives, as needed, throughout the implementation process to ensure clarity on tasks, deadlines, and potential risks to timelines.

• Escalate relevant issues to the project manager and/or Director of Operations to guarantee that customer expectations are fulfilled.

• Foster a trusted advisor relationship with EBTech teammates and customer contacts through effective execution of projects and clear communication.

• Employ sound judgment in executing business processes, protocols, and quality standards during the development and deployment of solutions in low and moderate complexity scenarios.

• Represent EBTech professionally in all interactions with external parties.

• Meet regularly with the project manager to confirm that projects remain on schedule.

• Ensure the timely and precise completion of all individual and assigned team tasks.

• Educate team members on all facets of successful software deployment to enhance team competency and create opportunities for career advancement.

• Continuously provide feedback and reviews to team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3-5 years in the software industry.

• Intermediate knowledge of employee benefits programs and implementation requirements.

• Intermediate understanding of benefits administration software implementation, preferably gained through experience with a service provider or mid to large market reseller.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Outstanding professional presentation skills.

• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.

• Licensure in Life and Health Insurance or the capability to secure a producer's license within one year of employment.
