• Oversee the implementation of our analytics platform and assess the effectiveness of our initiatives.
• Examine detailed information, analyze data concerning specific business objectives, and present insights in clear, actionable formats.
• Develop and enhance analytical tools that provide value to our clients.
• Take responsibility for the accurate and timely preparation of team reports.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Employee Benefits position.
• Familiarity with renewal projections, financial modeling, and claims reporting.
• Capability to conduct in-depth utilization trend analysis to uncover patterns and insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong grasp of financial analytics and utilization trends.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Producer's License for Life/Health, or the ability to obtain it upon hiring (preferred).
